The Food & Beverage Committee was established with the aim of gathering the importers of Italian food, coffee and wine, the Italian restaurants in the Republic of Korea and the firms or institutions involved in education and promotion of the Italian dining and cuisine. The committee focuses its activities on the cooperation of all the members in order to enhance their collective interest, through regular meetings, sharing of experiences and organization of joint events and promotional activities, such as the Italian Food Festival held once a year in Korea.

7th Italian Food Festival in Korea (1~31 May 2018)

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea and thirteen Italian restaurants, all members of the Food & Beverage Committee, organize the seventh magnificent food festival of Italian regional cuisine aiming to present the real special dishes to Korean customers.

From 1 to 31 May 2018, each of thirteen restaurants will offer an exclusive course menu that includes authentic and typical dishes from a specific region of Italy, prepared and selected by their chefs, and the cost of the menu will vary upon dishes.

The restaurants participating in the festival are: "Allatorre" in Hongdae, "Atrio" in Conrad Hotel Seoul, "Brera" in Beotigogae, "Cornerstone" in Park Hyatt Seoul, "Eataly" in Pangyo Hyundai department store, "Harmonium" in hannam-dong, "Il Chiasso" in Itaewon, "Kitchen 485" in Seogyo-dong, "La Tana" in Itaewon, "Peninsula" in Lotte hotel Seoul, "Ristorante EO" in Chungdam-dong, "Section A & Pizza muzzo" in Itaewon, and "Vera" in Itaewon.
