Dear ITCCK members and esteemed friends, We are delighted to announce that the 9th edition of the World Week of Italian Cuisine will be held from November 18th to November 23rd this year. This annual event offers a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and highlight Italy’s rich culinary heritage, bringing together the Italian and International economic, diplomatic, and cultural communities. With the generous support of the Italian Embassy in Seoul and the invaluable contribution of the Puglia Region, ITCCK is proud to close this significant week-long celebration with a Gala Dinner. This special evening presents a unique opportunity to indulge in authentic Italian cuisine, savor exquisite Italian wines, and connect with both familiar faces and new acquaintances. The Gala menu will be expertly curated by Michelin-starred Chef Cristina Bowerman, who hails from the Apulia region and leads Glass Hostaria in Rome. The evening will begin with a warm welcome from the Italian Ambassador, H.E. Emilia Gatto, followed by a speech from ITCCK President Andrea Verazzi. Renowned soprano Cho HyunAe and tenor Yu HyunUk will perform a selection of classic Italian operas. Additionally, the extraordinary Orchestra Popolare La Notte della Taranta will transport you to the enchanting white alleys of Apulian villages with their captivating performance. The event will conclude with an exciting lucky draw featuring fantastic prizes generously provided by our sponsors. All proceeds from the sale of lucky draw tickets will be donated to "Anna’s House," a charitable organization dedicated to supporting the homeless, elderly, unemployed, and street children, managed by Italian missionary Father Vincenzo Bordo.
