The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea is pleased to invite Korean companies to apply as selected buyers for the Southeast Asia Forum 2026, an exclusive international B2B event organized by Venicepromex, taking place at CastelBrando, Treviso, Italy, from 8 to 11 June 2026.

The forum offers direct business matching opportunities between international buyers and companies from the Veneto region.
 

Fully Hosted Participation — Free of Charge

Selected buyers will benefit from a fully covered program, including:

- international airfare
- accommodation
- meals for the entire duration of the event.

Coverage applies to one (1) delegate per company.
(Participants are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visa or travel documentation.)

Applications are open to companies operating in the following sectors:
- 2 buyers — Furniture & Interior Design
- 1 buyer — Mechanical Industry or Agribusiness (agri-food, green technology)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:
- Be a genuine purchasing decision-maker within their company
- Have a strong interest in meeting Italian suppliers (approximately 7 meetings expected)
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be available for the full duration of the program in Italy
 

Selection Process

- Submit an expression of interest to ITCCK through the following Buyer Form [CLICK HERE]
- ITCCK reviews profiles and submits them to Venicepromex for approval
- Approved buyers receive a Commitment Form and final confirmation

All applications are subject to final approval by the event organizers.
