The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ITCCK) calls an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, March 27, 2025, to proceed with the approval of the revised ITCCK statute, which aims to expand the Board of Directors by adding two positions.

Your participation is highly encouraged, as it is essential to strengthening the governance and strategic direction of Our Chamber.

1. Institutional greetings by H.E. Emilia Gatto, Ambassador of Italy to Korea, and ITCCK President Mr. Andrea Verazzi
2. Voting Session – Approval of the updated ITCCK statute to enable the addition of two new Board Members.
3. ITA-KOR Economic Exchange Seminar – A presentation by Mr. Andrea Celentano, Economic Counselor of the Italian Embassy, on economic exchanges between Italy and Korea.
4. ITCCK Membership Overview – An insightful presentation on the benefits of ITCCK membership. 
5. Networking Aperitivo – A chance to connect with fellow professionals in an elegant yet relaxed setting.

A member who is unable to attend may delegate another member to vote on their behalf by submitting a proxy form (check below).
