The Authentic Italian Table Aperitivo event was successfully held on May 25th at Conrad Seoul.

The event was part of the "True Italian Taste" project promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in collaboration with Assocamerestero. This event aimed to promote various high-quality authentic Italian F&B products in the Korean market.

The participants including food and wine influencers had an opportunity to taste and enjoy the authentic Italian products provided by our sponsors.

There were different kinds of cheese such as Mozzarella, Pecorino, Provolone, Parmigiano Reggiano and cold cuts including Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella, Bresaola and salame. Three different pizzas, pasta with pesto allagenovese and lasagna were also prepared. In addition, special tiramisù made with Pandoro, gelato and espresso coffee were served as the grand finale! All of these were accompanied by extraordinary drinks like Prosecco di Conegliano, Amarone della Valpolicella, Viogner white wine, fresh Italian beer, sparkling water from Sardinia, apple juice from the Dolomites, Aperoland Campari.

The casual atmosphere and the outstanding organization made this event unforgettable for everyone.
