• Format: Online B2B meetings

• Dates: May 20–21, 2026

• Registration deadline: May 15, 2026 (FRI)

• Participation: Free of charge

• Minimum meetings required: 5

※ Participants are required to communicate in English or Italian.

How to Participate

To apply, please follow these steps:

1. Download the pre-registration form (HERE) and the list of Italian companies (HERE)

2. Complete the form with your company information

3. Select at least 5 Italian companies from the list and indicate them in the form

4. Once completed, please send the form to itcck@naver.com (subject line: ITCCK INBUYER_your company name).

You will then receive further instructions to finalize your registration.

Important Information

• Meeting slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

• Eligibility is limited to importers, distributors, and retailers that have not participated in the past editions of InBuyer
