주한 이탈리아 상공회의소 (ITCCK)는 진정한 이탈리아 음식을 알리고 보호하기 위해 True Italian Taste 프로젝트를 진행해오고 있습니다. 이를 통해 이탈리아 음식을 자주 접하고 즐기는 한국인들에게 이탈리아산 식재료와 정통 요리법을 소개합니다. True Italian Taste 프로젝트의 일환인 본 페스티벌에서는 다음과 같은 이벤트를 준비했습니다.   

1) 참여 레스토랑 소개 영상

이탈리안 푸드 페스티벌에 참여하는 모든 레스토랑은 ITCCK의 회원으로, 정통 이탈리아 요리를 선보이고 있습니다. 이번 행사에서 17개 레스토랑의 셰프님이 요리하는 모습, 인터뷰 등을 ITCCK의 유튜브 공식 채널(ITCCK)에서 만나보세요. 이탈리아 요리의 시각적, 청각적 이미지의 하모니를 간접적으로 체험하고, 레스토랑에 방문하는 계기가 될 것입니다. 

 2) SNS 포스팅 & 경품 추첨

참여 레스토랑 중 2곳 이상 방문 인증 시 ITCCK에서 준비한 경품 추첨에 응모하실 수 있습니다. Chef’s Food, Campari Aperol, Curo Holdings (illycaffè), DeLonghi, Ferrero, Gauscento, Ginori1735, Loison이 제품 스폰서로서 경품을 제공합니다.   
- 방문 인증을 위해 참여 레스토랑에서 식사한 요리를 사진 촬영하고, 해시태그 #IFF2020  #TRUEITALIANTASTE #ITCCK와 함께 인스타그램에 게시 후 ITCCK 공식계정(@italchamberkr)의 경품추첨 관련 게시물에 댓글을 달아주세요. (경품추첨 관련 게시물은 페스티벌 후반에 업로드 될 예정입니다.)   
- 당첨자는 페스티벌 종료 후에 발표됩니다.   
- 서울 외 지역의 경우, 방문 가능한 레스토랑이 제한적이기 때문에 중복 방문도 가능합니다.  자세한 내용은 페스티벌 기간(2020.11.18.~12.31)동안 ITCCK 인스타그램 공식계정에 업로드 되는 소식을 통해 확인, 문의사항은 이메일 (itcck@itcck.org) 또는 전화(010-6529-1520)로 연락 부탁 드립니다.

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ITCCK) has been working on the True Italian Taste project to promote and protect authentic Italian food. Thus, we’d like to introduce Italian ingredients and traditional recipes to Koreans who frequently encounter and enjoy the Italian cuisine. As part of the True Italian Taste project, the festival offers the following events:   

1) Introductory Video of Participating Restaurants

All restaurants participating in the Italian Food Festival are members of ITCCK and serve traditional Italian cuisine. Please visit the official ITCCK YOUTUBE channel (ITCCK) and watch introductory videos of the participating restaurants. Through the visual representations of each restaurant you will get an opportunity to meet the restaurants and hopefully visit them in the future.   

2) SNS Posting & Prize Lottery

If you visit two or more of the participating restaurants, you can apply for the prize lottery prepared by ITCCK. Chef’s Food, Campari Aperol, Curo Holdings (illycaffè), DeLonghi, Ferrero, Gauscento, Ginori1735, and Loison offer prizes as product sponsors.   
- To verify your visit, take a photo of the dishes you had at the participating restaurants, post them on Instagram with the hashtag #IFF2020 #TRUEITALIANTASTE #ITCCK and comment on the post of the prize lottery, which will be uploaded on the official ITCCK account (@italchamberkr) at end of the festival period. 
- The winners will be announced after the festival ends.   
- For restaurants outside of Seoul, two visits at the same restaurants are also permitted due to limited choice.
