Conad buys Auchan-Simply:
a billion-dollar deal
Conad has concluded an important agreement with Auchan Retail in the large-scale retail sector. It has recently acquired an important part of the approximately 1,600 Auchan Retail Italia shops located in Italy.
Asiana Airlines to Eliminate
All First-Class Seats
Asiana Airlines, which is up for sale in the M&A market, announced on May 7 that it will stop operating first-class sections in six A380 airplanes and convert them into business suite sections starting on Sept. 1, in order to improve its profitability.
On May 29th, the ITCCK F&B Committee has gathered at Club Italia, Seoul. During the meeting the members have elected Chef Sebastiano Giangregorio (Lotte Hotel) as President of the Committee and Mr. Francesco Morello (Morello International) as Vice President. Representatives of ITCCK Board of Directors also attended the meeting.
