Working closely with our Italian headquarters and local partners, we bring high-quality products to the Korean market while developing long-term brand strategies across the beauty, food, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

Sidam Co., Ltd. role goes beyond distribution, we develop brands locally through strategic marketing, retail partnerships, business development, and close collaboration with our Italian headquarters.

 

Position

We are seeking a Business Coordinator to join our growing team in Seoul.

The selected candidate will act as the key liaison between the Korean office and the Italian headquarters, managing product orders, import projects, marketing initiatives, and business development activities across multiple Italian brands.

 

Employment type

Full-time (Monday–Friday), 8:30AM – 5:30PM

 

Main Responsibilities

As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for

  • Managing communication and coordination with Italian headquarters
  • Managing orders, product availability, logistics, and import operations
  • Supporting quality control investigations
  • Supporting marketing research and analysis
  • Preparing presentations, orders forecast, sales reports, and business proposals
  • Supporting translation and localization of business, marketing, and technical materials (Italian, English, and Korean)
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met

 

Required Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in South Korea
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, project management, brand management, international trade, or related fields
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Professional proficiency in Korean (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Italian language native speaker
  • Experience working with international companies or European brands
  • Experience in import/export
  • Knowledge of the Korean retail and consumer market
  • Interest in Italian fashion, and lifestyle brands

Preferable Starting Date

End of July 2026
