The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ITCCK) is pleased to share with its network the ECCK 4F’s – Family Friendly Future Forum, an initiative promoted by the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK).

The 4F’s initiative addresses one of the most pressing structural challenges faced by both Korea and Europe: demographic change in the context of a low-birth and ageing society.
The Forum provides a platform for companies to engage in policy dialogue, exchange best practices, and promote sustainable, family-friendly workplace models aligned with long-term business competitiveness and corporate social responsibility.

Through 4F’s membership, companies have the opportunity to:

• Participate in structured policy discussions

• Share practical case studies and corporate experiences

• Demonstrate their commitment to work–life balance and inclusive employment practices

• Contribute to shaping a sustainable business environment

As Italy faces demographic dynamics similar to those of Korea, ITCCK considers this initiative particularly relevant for companies operating in a bilateral and international context. We are therefore pleased to support ECCK by sharing this initiative within our network.
