I am currently renting a small office for 2 people in Gangnam (Seolleung Station).

By the end of September the person I was sharing the office with is moving out and I am looking for someone to fill in the empty desk.

The office space is not that big but there is anything needed inside (descent sized desk, high speed internet connection, storage drawers and shelves), and within the common area (unlimited access to lounge, free access to meeting rooms for several hours per month, mail reception service, etc…).

The business center in which I rent this office is modern and clean. It is very well located in the center of gangnam area. (www.hjbc.co.kr) I have been renting this office for 3 years already and never had to complain about anything.

I am looking for a person or single employee company that would be able to sign a sublease contract for 1 2 months minimum.

Requested monthly rent: 557,000 KRW VAT included
