2026년 11월 16일 월요일, 주한 이탈리아 상공회의소(ITCCK)는 제11회 세계 이탈리아 음식 주간의 일환으로 서울 High Street Italia에서 Italian F&B Day 2026을 개최합니다.

이번 행사는 한국의 이탈리아 식음료(F&B) 산업에 종사하는 관계자들이 한자리에 모여 업계의 동향을 나누고, 한국의 이탈리아 식음료 산업우수 사례를 기념하며, 이탈리아 제품을 만나볼 수 있는 자리입니다. 주요 프로그램은 다음과 같습니다.

• ITCCK F&B 위원회 회의: ITCCK F&B 위원회 회의: METIZEN의 Managing Director인 Sungmin Kim이 F&B 비즈니스를 위한 마케팅 전략을 주제로 발표하며, 국내 식품 트렌드와 소비자와 효과적으로 소통하는 실질적인 방법을 소개할 예정입니다.

• Ospitalità Italiana 시상식: 정통 이탈리아 요리와 환대 문화를 실천해 온 한국 내 이탈리아 레스토랑을 기념합니다. 인증서 수여는 최종 심사 결과에 따라 진행됩니다.

• Italian F&B 쇼케이스: 이탈리아 제품과 시식 행사, 식음료 및 호스피탈리티 분야 관계자 간 네트워킹이 마련됩니다.

On Monday, November 16, 2026, ITCCK will host Italian F&B Day 2026 at High Street Italia in Seoul, as part of the 11th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.

The event will bring together professionals connected to Korea’s Italian food and beverage sector for an afternoon of industry exchange, recognition and product discovery. The programme will feature:

• ITCCK F&B Committee Meeting: Sungmin Kim, Managing Director of METIZEN, will present "Marketing Strategies for F&B Businesses", sharing insights into local food trends and practical ways to engage consumers.
• Ospitalità Italiana Award Ceremony: A celebration of Italian restaurants in Korea recognised for their commitment to authentic cuisine and hospitality. Certificate presentations are subject to the final evaluation results.
• Italian F&B Showcase: Italian products, tastings and networking with professionals from the food, beverage and hospitality sectors.
