LIQUEUR MASTERCLASS 2021
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in South Korea, in the framework of the "True Italian Taste" project promoted and sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and International Cooperation in collaboration with Assocamerestero, organized an online seminar with a focus on the main Italian liquors entitled
"Italian Liqueurs Night" on August 25th.
The event was introduced by Livio Lauro, professor of alcoholic beverages at UNLV (University of Nevada/Las Vegas), cocktails historian, author and co-author of
books such as "Liquid Legacy", "The Twelve Cocktails", "The Beverage Engineer", as well as presenter of a weekly show on Youtube called "Master your glass".
The event’s participants, a selected group of influencers, bartenders and cocktails lovers, were able to hear from Livio's knowledgeable voice and from a representative
of Trans Beverages the official Korean distributor, about the origin and history of and the best way to taste of some of the most popular Italian liqueurs such as
Campari, Aperol, Averna and Cynar.
